The Front of House Team, under the control of Andy Power, are the public face of the theatre and look after the audience from the moment they arrive until they leave after the show. The Box Office will probably be the first contact, either through advance booking by telephone, or in person at the box office. Programmes are on sale before the show, and tickets are collected at the auditorium doors. During the Interval coffee and ice creams are available. All of this takes some organising and Andy is lucky to have a good team behind him.

The Bar, under the governance of Neil Roberts, is also important to our audience and members alike. It is staffed by volunteers and there is friendly competition between bar staff to beat the 'takings' record. Richard Crump tirelessly cajoles members into staffing an evening on the Bar, but, as ever, there are too few people to cover every night, and so he is always on the lookout for more volunteers. This is a very easy way to get to know people at the Theatre and first-timers are always very well looked after.
