Nominations
in writing for these positions must be received by the
secretary by the copy deadline for the February Talismag.
All nominations to be supported by a written election
address and signed by the Proposer, Seconder and Nominee.
Suitable forms are available on the company notice board
where provision for display of election addresses will
also be made. In the event that there is more than one
nomination for any office, those candidates will be advised
and will have an opportunity to publish an election statement
in the Talismag. Our Constitution no longer supports election
addresses to the AGM. Please note that only fully paid-up
members may attend the AGM. The Executive Committee consists
of the officers ii to xi in the above list.
